　　循環(huán)信用證

　　循環(huán)信用證(Revolving Letter of Credit)的功能適用的貿(mào)易方式是在交易條款中明確定時(shí)、定量、定品種的契約貨物，而且只限向同一個(gè)貿(mào)易伙伴提供同一貨物;這樣的貿(mào)易方式可采用循環(huán)信用證。在實(shí)務(wù)中，如出口商向進(jìn)口商較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間分批、定量、定時(shí)提供大型設(shè)備的零配件、易損件等業(yè)務(wù)，可以采用循環(huán)信用證。

　　采用循環(huán)信用證的優(yōu)點(diǎn)

　　無(wú)須分批逐個(gè)由不同的銀行開(kāi)證和議付，對(duì)買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方可節(jié)約銀行費(fèi)用，可作到簡(jiǎn)便易行，故買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方都愿意接受循環(huán)信用證。

　　循環(huán)信用證是指受益人在一定時(shí)間使用規(guī)定的金額后，能夠恢復(fù)再度使用其金額，周而復(fù)始，直至使用到規(guī)定的次數(shù)和金額終止時(shí)為了結(jié)。

　　循環(huán)信用證的類(lèi)別

　　1. 循環(huán)信用證按“時(shí)間”依次循環(huán)可分為：

　　a. 自動(dòng)循環(huán)(Automatic Revolving) 受益人按規(guī)定的時(shí)間或時(shí)間間隔裝運(yùn)貨物議付后，信用證可自動(dòng)恢復(fù)到原金額供再度使用。

　　b. 通知循環(huán)(Notice Revolving) 通知循環(huán)，顧名思義，受益人于每次裝貨議付后，須等待和收到開(kāi)證銀行致受益人通知后，才能恢復(fù)到原金額再度使用，亦稱非自動(dòng)循環(huán)(Non-automatic Revolving)。

　　c. 定期循環(huán)(Periodic Revolving)定期循環(huán)是指受益人于裝貨議付后，須經(jīng)過(guò)一定期間方可恢復(fù)原金額再度使用。定期循環(huán)是依契約的規(guī)定，可按月、按季循環(huán)使用，亦稱半自動(dòng)循環(huán)(Semi-Automatic Revolving)。

　　2. 循環(huán)信用證按“金額”循環(huán)可分為

　　a. 積累循環(huán)(Cumulative Revolving) 積累循環(huán)是指上期未使用之余額可轉(zhuǎn)入下期使用。

　　b. 非積累循環(huán)(Non-Cumulative Revolving) 系指本期尚未使用的余額，不能轉(zhuǎn)入下期使用。不能轉(zhuǎn)入下期使用的尚未使用的余額視為過(guò)期、放棄和作廢的金額處理，故稱非積累循環(huán)。

　　循環(huán)信用證的功能條款

　　1. 自動(dòng)循環(huán) (Automatic Revolving) ----本信用證項(xiàng)下總金額，于每次議付后自動(dòng)循環(huán)。

　　The total amount of this credit shall be restored automatically after date of negotiation. ---本信用證項(xiàng)下支付金額，于每次議付后自動(dòng)恢復(fù)循環(huán)，直至用完金額，__美元為止。 The amounts paid under this credit are again available to you automatically until the total of the payments reaches US $___

　　2. 通知循環(huán) (Notice Revolving) ----于每次裝貨議付后，須待收到開(kāi)證銀行通知，方可恢復(fù)到原金額使用。

　　The amount shall be reinstated after each negotiation only upon receipt of Issuing Bank's notice stating that the credit might be renewed.

　　---受益人于每次裝貨議付后，須待收到進(jìn)口商或開(kāi)證銀行發(fā)出的通知，方可恢復(fù)到原金額使用。

　　The amount of each shipment shall be reinstated after each negotiation only upon receipt of credit-writing importer's issuing bank's notice stating that the credit might be renewed.

　　3. 定期循環(huán) (Periodic Revolving)

　　---每次議付后于七天之內(nèi)，議付銀行未接到停止循環(huán)的通知時(shí)，本信用證項(xiàng)下尚未用完的余額，可積累于原金額中使用。

　　Should the Negotiating Bank not be advised of stopping renewal within seven (7) days after each negotiation, the unused balance of this credit shall be increased to the original amount.

　　4. 積累循環(huán) (Cumulative Revolving)

　　----每三(3)個(gè)日歷月積累循環(huán)一次，由19__年3月15日，從達(dá)成 第一筆交易之日起至19年__12月15日循環(huán)終止。

　　Per three (3) calender month cumulative commencing with 15th March 19__, revolving on the first business day of each successive month and ending with 15th December 19__. 5. 非積累循環(huán) (Non-Cumulative Revolving)

　　----每批貨物所支付的金額，尚未滿額時(shí)不得積累使用。 The unused balance of each shipment is not cumulative to the following shipment.
